He was predeceased by: his sister Jamie Christine Bolden; his grandparents, Blanche, Clare Crawford and Phillip "Skip" Edwards; and his brother Jesse Fabrizio.
He is survived by: his parents, David N. Crawford (Candy) and Tammy Bolden (Lance); his stepfather Jerrold Bolden; his fiancée Katie Ball; his stepdaughters, Madison Swick and Kierra Swick; his sisters, Wendi Woodell (Nick Rock), Jodi Frazee (Brandon), Chasity Curry, Liberty Curry (Bobby Grove), Rebecca Crawford (Jarrod Potts) and Megan Bolden; and his grandparents, Harold, Pamela Lance and Beverely Edwards. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
