She was predeceased by: her mother Donna Blackwell (Ryland). She is survived by: her father Thomas C. Blackwell; her daughter Nicole Shepherd; her brother Charles Blackwell of Fredericktown; and her mother-in-law Rose Shepherd of Lodi. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
As a recipient of a double lung transplant, Cathy would appreciate donations in her memory to Lifeline of Ohio.
