He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl L. Blanchard and Alice M. Blanchard (King); his brothers, Joseph and Clarence Blanchard; his sister-in-law Mary Ellen Blanchard; and his great grandchild Kaden Floyd Holmes.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Blanchard (Ryan); his children, David Horn (Addie), Ruth Douglas (Mark), Mary Alice Blanchard and Jim Blanchard (Cindy); his grandchildren, Erin Bretchel (Jason), Russell Horn (Monica), Janice Morris (Chris), Ryan Wenger (Shelly), Logan Wenger (Christine Ye), Bernie Douglas (Hadleigh), Eldon Douglas (Luna), Marilu Holmes, Anne Douglas (Corey Lewis), Josh Blanchard (Teressa) and Ben Blanchard (Brittany); his child Alli Clippinger (Nick); his niece Amy; and his nephew Tom Blanchard. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
