With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Marlin Otter of Fredericksburg, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 10, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlin Otter and Ella Otter (Neuman); and his wife Judy Wallace. He is survived by: his children, Renee, James Hobson of Fredericktown, OH and William "M. C." Otter (Jan Imhoff) of Deerfield, OH; his grandchildren, Nathan Hobson, Tyler Hobson and Anna Wilson (Dylan); his great grandchildren, Kolsen and Abilene; and his siblings, David Otter (Susie), James Otter (Cindy) and Carol Sanders.
