It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Tullis (Fredericksburg, Ohio), who passed away on August 3, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Bertram Tullis and Mary Elizabeth Elliott; and his sister Kathy Capo. He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffany Tullis, Billie Jo Jasso and Tomi Howell (Tullis); and his siblings, Betty Lou Zubenko and Jack Elliott. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
