He is survived by: his children, Thomas Jr. of Mansfield and Tina Kullman (Allen Fry); his grandchildren, Thomas Butler, III of Brunswick, Ashley Kullman of Fredericksburg, William Kullman of Fredericksburg, Justin Bruce of Fredericksburg, Lydia Kullman of Akron and Michael Kullman of Akron; his great grandchild Elijah Cole Butler; his sister-in-law Betty Butler of New Philadelphia; his niece Toni Jean Butler of New Philadelphia; and his daughter Karen Gillespie (Thayer).
