He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Duncan and Emma Duncan (Hains); his children, Barbara Lyons and Michael Duncan; and his siblings, Paul, Charles "Bill", Earl, Carl, Ruth, Marjorie and Evelyn.
He is survived by: his children, Charlotte Duncan of Tennessee, Ken Duncan (Jamie) of Dalton, Sharon Duncan of Wooster, Scott Duncan (Jennifer) of Orrville and Jackie Duncan of Fredericksburg; and his siblings, Harold Duncan and Carol Haven. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Murray Funeral Home (249 S Mill St, Fredericksburg, OH 44627). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
