He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Lee Barkman; his son Jerry Jay Jr.; his parents, Enos J. Stutzman and Ruby Stutzman (Loewen); his brother Stanley Harry Stutzman; and his granddaughter Janet Elizabeth Stoltzfus.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy (John Stoltzfus) of Whitesville, NY and Linette (Scott Hochstedler) of Fredericksburg, OH; his siblings, Dennis Paul, Sue Stutzman (Holland) of Chouteau, OK, Joseph Enos and Charlotte (Holland) of Inola, OK.; his children, Wendy (Linette), Janet and Sarasota; and his grandchild Linette. He is also survived by grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
