With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Leona Weltmer of Fredericksburg, Ohio, who passed away on March 7, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry and Zelphia Sigler (Etzweiler); her sons, Edwin and Kevin; her son-in-law Raymond Chupp; and her siblings, Clifford, Lemoine, Kenneth, Howard, Donald, Robert, Roy Sigler, Bessie Yacapraro Opal Croskey, Bernice Lisle and Margaret Sigler.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher Weltmer of Fredericksburg and Lisa Marie Chupp of Fredericksburg; her daughter-in-law Donna Weltmer; and her granddaughter Misty Shinn (Tony). She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
