Brent Young Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brent Young of Fredericksburg, Ohio, born in Millersburg, Ohio, who passed away on February 24, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Young and Elizabeth Young (Woodruff); his brother Brian Young; and his son-in-law Jason Hoxworth. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis McClelland Markel; his close friends, Sparky and Sheba; his daughters, Jackie Barker (David) of Wooster and Debbi Miller (Stan) of Millersburg; his stepchildren, Paul Markel (Nancy) of Encampment, WY, James Markel of Wooster and Heather Strickland (Brent) of Gilbert, AZ; his grandchildren, Dylan, Logan Barker, Jake, Blaine, Bailee, Reid Hoxworth, Jarrad (Alex), Paxton and Zachary Markel; his great grandchild Ruth Markel; and his brother Brad Young (Amy) of Wooster. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
