He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Winfred McCafferty and Ruth McCafferty (Stover); his wife Mary Ann McCafferty (Longaberger); his sons, Kim McCafferty (Cheryl) of Pleasantville, OH and Tom McCafferty (Ruth) of Glenford, OH; and his stepsons, Ronald Schumacher (Melissa Rusler) of Glenford, OH, Jeffrey Schumacher (Susie) of Westerville, OH, Donald Schumacher (Cherie) of Newark, OH and James Schumacher (Kris) of Gahanna, OH. He was also cherished by six grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; four step-grandchildren and two step-great grandchildren.
