He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. Moomaw and Ethel Moomaw (Warman); and his wife Lois Moomaw. He is survived by: his children, Donna Jean Roberts (Charles), Mike Moomaw, Sr. (Sally), Cheryl Latham (Ron), Eric Moomaw, Karla Moomaw, Marsha Tyhurst (Dana) and Mark Moomaw; his sister Kate Adams (Kenny); and his grandchildren, Damon, Kara (Chris), Mike Jr. (Jessica), Joe (Bethany), Brian (Iesha), Alisha, Kiana, Megan, Christopher, Sebastian and Alex. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 restrictions, masks must be worn inside the funeral home and for your protection, a maximum of 35 guests will be allowed inside at one time. Please practice social distancing.
