He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Tyson and Clara Tyson (Thomas); his wife Isabel Tyson; his brother Gary Tyson; and his son Michael D. Tyson.
He is survived by: his daughter Dr. Vicki Shaver (Gary) of Palm City; and his stepdaughter Pamela Sowers (Michael) of Titusville. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
