He is survived by: his mother Sharon Locke of Frazeysburg; his fiancée Ann Pitts; his sister Stacey Locke of Philo; and his children, Mikal, Nick, Brittany and Kirsten. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 3 nieces; a nephew.
