She was predeceased by: her father William "Bill" C. McNemar, Sr.; and her brothers, William "Willie" McNemar, Jr. and Ray S. "Sam" McNemar. She is survived by: her mother Wanda McNemar (Scott); her children, Richard McCandless, Jr. and Kelly McCandless; her grandchildren, Richard McCandless, II, Austin Hamilton and Kylie McDonald; her sisters, Connie Lowe (Freddie) and Bonnie Michaels (Patrick); her sister-in-law Nancy McNemar; and her close friends, Dalana and Doug Glover. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Combs & Nestor Funeral Home (935 Forest Ave, Zanesville, OH 43701). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
