He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Lupher and Annabelle Lupher (Rinehart); his wife Carol Lupher (Sarchet); his siblings, Miles "Tad" Lupher, William "Bill" Lupher and Shirley Fowls; and his brothers-in-law, Blaine Fowls and James Sarchet.
He is survived by: his children, Robert "Bobby" Lupher, Jr. of Frazeysburg, Wesley "Bud" Lupher (Marsha) of Nashport, Wayne Lupher (Christina) of Frazeysburg and Mary Farmer (Jerry) of Zanesville; his sisters-in-law, Barb Lupher, Josephine Sarchet and Deanna Sarchet; his nieces, Christina White (Fowls) and Karen Rich (Lupher); and his nephew David Fowls. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
