He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Brown (Rushing) and Russel Robbins; his wife Edith Carol Robbins (Winland); and his siblings, Donald Robbins and Mary Kern.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Kling of Frazeysburg and Sean Robbins (Brandy) of Frazeysburg; his grandchildren, Amanda, Daniel, Emma, Jackie, Kristina, Kimberly and Kendra; his great grandchildren, Mikel, Payton and Clayton; his brother Bob Robbins (Becky) of Philo; and his nieces and nephews, Donna May, Karen, Angie, Donald, Dennis and Bobby.
