It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reda Charlene Hoover of Frazeysburg, Ohio, who passed away on January 17, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Hupp and Marcella McGrath (Walter); and her siblings, Mary Sue Marks and Paul Hupp. She is survived by: her husband Lynn Hoover; her son Nicholas Duston (Heather) of Crooksville; her siblings, Jackie Hart (William) and Bob Hupp (Annette); her sister-in-law Janie Hupp; and her aunt Anna Dennis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
