He is survived by: his daughter Hallie Madison (David) of Millersburg, Ohio; his grandchildren, Lauren Hartman, Timothy Cox, Kayla Madison (Shawn Keister) and LeeAnna Madison; and his great grandchildren, Braydon Hartman, Hayden Hartman and Oaklee Keister.
