She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard E. Yost Sr. and Mildred B. Boylan Yost; and her siblings, Lenora Williams and Howard E. Yost Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dick" E. Cook; her children, Annette M. Miller Clark, Jeffrey L. Cook and JoAnn C. Thompson (Ronnie); her grandchildren, Alyson, Nathan, Colton, Chloie, Jocelyn, Nathasha, Hannah, Justin, Josh and Nicole; and her siblings, Barbara L. Thompson and Clyde "Bud" Yost (Shirley). She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
