She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Guy and Nellie Blanche Harsha (Fairall); her husband Albert Morgan Osborn; and her siblings, Harvey Harsha and Edna Conover (Ted).

She is survived by: her children, Daniel Osborn (Ruth) of Frazeysburg, Karen Bucy (Rob) of Warsaw, Elizabeth "Betsy" Sharp (David) of Williamsburg and Carole Lah (Thomas) of Westerville; her grandchildren, Janelle Osborn, Heather Twarog (Tye), Leigh Anne Watters (J. D.), Aaron Sharp (Kristen), Jeremy Sharp (Joy), Michael Lah and McKenna Lah; her great grandchildren, Braxton Twarog and Gilbert Watters; and her nieces, Patricia Wright, Connie Kyle, Sharon Mc Queen and Donna Taylor.
