He is survived by: his mother Nancy Hoover (Barthlow); his sister Lora Hoover; his niece Felisha Wolford (Chris); his nephew Jeremy Hood (Miranda); his aunts and uncles, Dick Hoover (Sue), Lynn Hoover (Charlene), Paul Hoover (Cathy), Edie Barthlow, Patricia McConnell (Gary) and Pam Hoover; and his friends, Joe, Yvonne and Joey Sidwell.
