He was predeceased by: his daughter Susan Miller; and his siblings, Larry Miller and Betty Baker. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Miller (Chicwak); his children, David Miller of Heath, Diana Kozlowski (Bob) of Hanover and Kim Clark (David) of Hershey, PA; his grandchildren, Luke Kozlowski (Haleigh), Colin Kozlowski, Benjamin Kozlowski, Lauren Clark, Susan Roethlein (Ryan), Stephanie Baldino (Steve) and Joe Clark; and his siblings, Don Miller (Jane) and Judy Messer.
In lieu of flowers, a restaurant gift card may be given to the family so they can carry on Jerry's legacy of making new friends at local restaurants.
