He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas C. Fleming, Sr. and Rhoda Margaret Fleming (Lecky); his wife Beverly F. Fleming (McKee); his daughter Deborah Deeds; his son-in-law John Deeds; and his siblings, Rhoda Reed, Clara Morin, Norma Fleming, Charles, William, Carl, Thomas, Jr., Asa, Walter and Dwight Fleming.
He is survived by: his granddaughters, Holly Martin (Dan), Erika McMaster (Scott) and Lora Priest (Barry); his great grandchildren, Michael, Emma, Mason and Will; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Brayden, Alyssa and Madison.
