He was predeceased by: his father Roscoe Harvey Lipps; his wife Sandra Sue Lipps (Shetler); his son Harvey K. Lipps, Jr.; his grandson Bryce E. Guilliams; his great grandchild Meyer E. Reigle; and his brother Jackie D. Lipps.
He is survived by: his children, Samantha Guilliams (Shane) of Warsaw and Alan Lipps (Amber) of Magnolia, TX; his grandchildren, Tyler Reigle (Jared) of Warsaw, Ethan Guilliams (Claire) of Warsaw, Gavin Guilliams of Warsaw, Michael Barger (Chelsea) of Colorado Springs, CO, Chad Barger (Natasha) of Coshocton, Eddie Barger (Tori) of Alliance, Austin Davis of Tiffin, Mackenzey of Magnolia, TX, Arron of Magnolia, TX, Jeremiah of Magnolia, TX, Kylee Lipps of Magnolia, TX and Kloe Lynch of Magnolia, TX; and his brothers, Roscoe L. Lipps (Brenda) of Fort Worth, TX, Johnnie I. Marks (Pamela) of Pennsboro, PA, Carl D. Marks of Pennsboro, PA and Gene T. Marks of West Union, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
