He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patty" Ann Farrow (Woods); his mother Ann Farrow (McCoy); his children, Jon Farrow (Samantha Cole) of Frazeysburg and Kathy Farrow (Kody Wiggins) of Frazeysburg; his grandchildren, Jon Wesley, Jr., Sophia Honesty Farrow, Alaya Farrow, Chloe Jade Hood, Brynleigh Wiggins, Riahlynn Saylor, Zabella Wiggins and Kashlinn Wiggins; his siblings, Cathy Wease (Mitch) of Adena, Buddy Farrow (Anna) of Cadiz and Freda Brown (Pat) of Zanesville; his close friend Brad Adams of Philo; and also Ron Adams. He is also survived by his adopted father, and several nieces and nephews.
