He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryce H. Williams and Maxine Williams (Gray); his sisters, Marilyn King and Debbie Angelo (Jim); and his grandson Robert Spangler.
He is survived by: his sons, Williams Excavating and Paving of Trinway, Ohio.; his wife Nancy L. Williams (James); his sons, Mark Williams (Ellen), Matt Williams (Heidi), Mike Williams and Mitch Williams (Amy); his grandchildren, Ben Williams, Kelsi Williams, Keaton Williams, Angela Lukander, Adam Williams (Jasmine), Austin Williams, Dylan Williams and Alex Williams; his siblings, Tom Williams (Diane) and Anita Rector (Bob); and his sister-in-law Linda Miller (Larry).
