He was predeceased by: his daughter Angie P. Conklin; his siblings, Herbert Conklin and Anna Conklin; and his brother-in-law Danny Brookover. He is survived by: his daughters, Sara Chapman of Zanesville and Marlayna Krofft of Zanesville; his siblings, Linda Brailer (Larry) of Nashport, Kathy Webber (David) of Mt. Vernon, Bonnie King (Gary) of Apex, Sally Brookover of Frazeysburg, Ralph Conklin (Julie) of Cadiz, Pat Conklin (Candy) of Frazeysburg and B. J. Conklin (Anita) of Frazeysburg; and his close friend Brenda Shepard. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
