She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry E. Wolford and Nora May Wolford (Sheppard); her daughter Connie Sue Braun; and her brother Harold Wolford. She is survived by: her husband Merlin G. Smith; her children-in-law, Diane Smith of Heath, Ohio and Stuart Braun of Massillon, Ohio; and her sister Carol Matthews of Coshocton. She is also survived by four grandsons; seven step grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
