She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Rine and Shirley Rine (Shoults); her brother Jack Rine; her sister-in-law Debbie Rine; and her sister Beatrice Rine.
She is survived by: her husband Stanley Penley; her daughters, Stephanie Olms (Carl) and Misty Penley; her grandchildren, Chelsea Olms, Briana Olms, Jayden Olms, Desmond Thompson, Delaney Thompson and Abigail House; and her siblings, Junior Pelton (Shelly), Kathy Berg (Kenny) and Sally Rine. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
