He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter J. Wright and Margaret E. Wright (Smith); his wife Margot T. "Peggy" Wright (Tilton); his son Brian Jon Wright; his brothers, William J. Wright and Don Lawrence; his stepmother Ethel Wright; and his siblings-in-law, James Coots, John Cassie, Duane Hood and Alice Wright.
He is survived by: his children, David Wright (Beth) of Westerville, Michael Wright (Rhonda) of Hebron, Ohio and Denise Rollison (Rich) of Dresden; his grandchildren, Megan Wright, Shannon Wright, Brian Wright, Sasha Wright and Brandon Wright; his great grandchild Alexander Wright; and his siblings, Jerry Wright of Perryton, Butch Wright (Linda) of Millersburg, Ohio, Shirley Coots of Frazeysburg, Cathy Cleaveland (Dale) of Alexandria, Nita Hood of Frazeysburg, Susie Cassie of Lima and Katie Ikehorn (Fred) of Newark. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
