She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred F. Cannon and Evelyn Cannon (Moran); her husband John H. O'Flaherty; and her sister Mildred Cannon. She is survived by: her children, Janna Hetrick (Jeff) of Frazeysburg and Don O'Flaherty (Helen) of Frazeysburg; her grandchildren, Daniel O'Flaherty (Jennie) of Frazeysburg, Joseph O'Flaherty (Lauren) of Howard, Courtney Schkurko (Steven) of Bay Village, Sarah Martin (Alec) of Frazeysburg and Ryan Hetrick (Lorin) of Newark; her great grandchildren, Ish, Maeve O'Flaherty and Lachlan Schkurko; and her brother-in-law James O'Flaherty of Heath.
