Smith of Franklin, Ohio, born in Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on October 22, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Smith and Martha Smith (Evans); his brother Timothy Smith; and his daughter Natasha Smith (Combs). He is survived by: his children, Jamie Smith, Justin Smith (Audrey), Nick Smith (Ashley) and Matt Smith (Kadi); his grandchildren, Lacie, Kaylee Tuttle, Samantha McClain Derek (Taylor), Dylan, Kyliee Stidham, Kalynn Stevens, Gage Smith, Abigail Withrow, Karissa Browning and Savannah Smith; his brothers, Anthony Smith (Sandra) and Darrell Smith (Joni); and his pets, Gizzy and Spyro.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Anderson Funeral Home to assist with end-of-life expenses.
