She is survived by: her husband Garry Sr.; her children, Garry Jr. (Becky), Kevin (Kelly) and Teresa Hook (Dana); her grandchildren, Abbie Bowling (Bobby), Joey Saporito (Katie), Chris Saporito (Emily), Kaylee Bates (Corey), Alex Rutledge (Morgan), Courtney Hook, Shelby Rutledge and Mackenzie Rutledge; and her siblings, Paul Eberwein, Sharon Fisher, Sherry Miller (David) and Leslie Prater (Mark). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
