He was predeceased by: his son Tim Couch; his parents, Zeke Couch and Mary Jane Fields; and his siblings, Mitchel, Bert Couch and Paula Jane Fields.
He is survived by: his wife Susie; his children, Bobby Couch and Judy Carter; his granddaughter Kelly Ihle (Brad); his great grandchild Braydon Ihle; and his sisters, Anna Fugate and Martha Greer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
