She was predeceased by: her parents, William Smith and Nannie Mae Smith (Jenkins); her husband Harold Adkins; her children, Timmy and Patty; her grandson Jayvin Adkins; and her siblings, David Smith, Carl Smith, Wendelene Dulen, Ella George and Beatrice "Betty" Prater.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Adkins (Melinda) of Moraine, Michael Adkins (Trisha) of Hamilton, Stevie Adkins Jr. (Brittany) of Lebanon and Lisa Knese (Travis) of Miamisburg; her grandchildren, Kayla Adkins, Kyleigh Adkins, Sky Adkins, Austin Adkins, Christian Dowrey, Grayson and Ella Knese; her great grandchildren, Kaydon Cadwallader, Evelyn Adkins and Arlo Bennett; her sisters, Imajean Easterling (Tooney) and Phyllis Hurley (David); and her siblings-in-law, Burl George and Robin Smith.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Springboro Cemetery (2348 W Lower Springboro Rd, Springboro, OH 45066).
