He was predeceased by: his parents, Logan Haddix and Rosie Haddix (Howard). He is survived by: his wife Vickie Haddix; his sons, Matthew Orville Haddix (Amber) and Mark Farrell Haddix (Michelle); his grandchildren, Tayler Jade Haddix, Brayden Chase Haddix and Kylee Grace Haddix; and his sisters, Jalia Hollon (Gary) and Margie Bray. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
