He is survived by: his wife Patty Kingery (Fogt); his children, Christopher Kingery (Cassandra) and Megan Kingery; and his siblings, Tom Kingery (Paula), Joe Kingery and Barb Drury (Lee). He is also survived by three grandchildren.
