It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth W Hall of Franklin, Ohio, born in Viper, Kentucky, who passed away on March 27, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Hall and Edna Hall; and his brother David E. Hall. He is survived by: his wife Joan Hall (Banks); his daughter Christy; his son-in-law Tom Susec; and his granddaughters, Abby, Lydia and Josie.
