It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen A. Backer of Franklin, Ohio, who passed away on September 11, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kathleen A. Backer to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony "Jack" C. and Mary E. DeLuca; her siblings, Betty Jane, Grace, Carol, Francis, Tom and Bill; and her sons, Baby Backer and Thomas Backer.
She is survived by: her husband Rudy Backer; her children, Michael Backer (Dianne), Dianne Duckworth (Warren), Jeffrey Backer (Mary), Peter Backer (Susan), Mark Backer (LeAnn), David Backer (Patricia) and Stephanie Fahey (Justin); and her sister Vicky. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
