He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Cotterell and Lula Mae Cotterell (Pickett); and his sister Betty Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Vickie and Mike (Debi); his grandson Kevin; and his sister Pat Green (Gary). He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
