He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Dale Dawson of Franklin, Roy Owen Dawson of Middletown, Robert Dawson of Middletown, Melody Dawson Robbins of Middletown and Tammy "Nadine" Dawson Wilson of Middletown; his former wife Teresa Dawson of Franklin; his aunt Audrey Dawson of Chicago; his cousin Greg Kinney of Chicago; and his nieces and nephews, Jacob Adams, Chris Dawson, Tammy Murphy (Aaron) of Middletown and Lori Dawson of Middletown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (237 W Main St, Wilmington, OH 45177). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
