He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ray, Clyde, Russell, Robert, Michael, Magdalene Robinson, Shirley Willis and Ella Rose Johnson.

He is survived by: his wife Cassie Ann McGuire; his children, Danny McGuire (Becky), Steve McGuire (Alice), Timothy McGuire, Randy McGuire (Amy) and Karen Vaughn (Ray); and his siblings, Jackie McGuire, Forest McGuire, Helen Fletcher and Janice Turner. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 13 great-great grandchildren.
