He is survived by: his wife Patricia Hembree; his daughters, Beth Hembree Trent and Jennifer Michelle Hembree (Amy); his grandchildren, Aaron Wesley Trent (Brittany), Micah Trent Belt, Timothy James Hembree, Emma Lynn Hembree and Brandon Eugene Hembree; his great grandchildren, Triston Alexzander Belt, Mason Grey Belt, Annabelle Rene Walker, Jaxten Eugene Johnson and Peyton Lillyaunna Johnson; his sister Mary Davidson; and his caregiver Mark Vaughn.
