She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Martin and Marion Martin (Dimmick); her husband Jack G. Blevins; her son Mark "Ernie" Blevins; and her grandson Jacob Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Easterling (Rob), Valerie J. Turner, Julie Spencer (Butch), David Blevins, Chris Blevins and Jon Blevins; and her sister Audrey Johnston. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer Association or Hospice Care of Middletown, 3909 Central Ave., Middletown, Ohio 45044.
