He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Loughner and Ruth Loughner (Raymaley); and his former wife Sharon Bush Loughner. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Loughner (Cooke); his children, Stacey Highley (Terry), Kelly Brissel and Scott Brissel (Cathy); his grandchildren, Bailee, Colby Highley, Aaron and Brianna Cunningham; and his close friends, Mike, Gwen Bruns and Wayne Holt.
