He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Cleveland "L. C." and Dorthy Holt. He is survived by: his sisters, Cathy Fisher (Bob) and Patty Hale (Alvin); his daughters, Leslie Thomas (Zach), Laura Haney (Mike) and Lindsay Schwieterman (Christopher); and his grandchildren, Jackson, Adam Thomas, Ethan Haney, Kate and Emily Schwieterman. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
