We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2024, at the age of 91, Delbert D. Barker Sr. of Franklin, Ohio, born in Frenchburg, Kentucky passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Delbert D. Barker Sr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Barker and Sarah Barker (Langworthy); his wife Alma Jean Barker (Pence); and his siblings, Raymond Barker, Clayton Barker and Cuba Hall.

He is survived by: his son Delbert Barker, Jr.; and his adoptive daughter Tamara Finn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to his son Delbert Barker, Jr. to assist with expenses.
