She is survived by: her children, Terry, Tim, Randy, Dean Warner, Anita Russell, Julie Muck and Kelli Conklin; and her siblings, Hershel, John, Joe, Jerry, Donnie Lewis, Betty Lewis, Cena Banks and Sharon Doolin. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
