He is survived by: his mother Judy Gail Cade of Franklin Furnace, OH; his children, Caleb Scott Johnson of Franklin Furnace, OH and Danielle Johnson of Van Wert, OH; his siblings, Charles Jeffery Johnson (Wade Jackman) of Southfield, MI and Ronda Gail Kilbarger (Shawn) of Jamestown, OH; his grandchild Arianna Johnson of Van Wert, OH; his aunts, Barbara Bailey and Cindy Stamper; his uncle Garland Johnson; his friend Donna Moore; and his granddaughter Kinley.
A memorial service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 5:00 PM at the Franklin Furnace Senior Citizens Center (144 Gervais Rd, Franklin Furnace, OH 45629).
